CANNARD HATS RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason your order is not as you expected, you may exchange, replace or credit your purchase when it is returned in saleable condition with tags still attached, and in accordance with the points below:
- All items must be returned within 14 days from delivery and will be credited back depending on how you paid for them.
- All Hats must not be worn outside or show any sign of use or misuse.
- Items that show signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted for return.
- The customer will be liable for any additional shipping costs incurred unless the Return/Exchange is the result of error on our part.
( Please Note: Exchanges are limited to once per transaction).
We do not offer returns if you change your mind.
